steve watson

On April 6, 2024, GMP hosted a celebration of Steve Watson, who retired from the Greenville County Fine Arts Center. Steve has contributed a great deal to the Jazz scene in Greenville over the years, which we acknowledged last year by awarding him the Linda Rodney Award for Musical Excellence. We interviewed Steve for our archives, excerpts of which will be heard in future podcast episodes.

First annual GMP gala

December 02, 2023 marked the first annual GMP Gala, held at Sit n Spin Studios, former home of Mark V Studios. GMP is proud to have an office in the building. Stay tuned for announcements on the 2024 Gala.
