Kall Records was certainly owned by Alan Riddle and Charles Rush, at least. These two had worked together for Riddle’s The Moon Is Crying on Rush’s Plaid Records. About half of the publishing credits in the Kall catalogue go to Riddle-Rush Publishing, as well.

But the other half go to a publisher called Duride. Don Dudley produced most of the Kall sides. It is very possible that Duride is a portmanteau of Dudley and Riddle. This would suggest that Don Dudley was a third partner in Kall Records.
